Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Sound travels in waves through solid materials, water, our ears, and every cell of our bodies. Since our bodies are made up of mostly water, sound can easily penetrate the cells and vibrate them back to their optimal state.
During a sound healing session, also known as sound bath, you'll typically lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a cozy blanket, and simply listen to a variety of instruments and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibrations.
The sound frequencies then slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state which activates the body's system of self-healing.
It is super relaxing, helps to clear energetic blockages, boosts your health, support mental and emotional and spiritual well-being.
Most people will feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing; some might have visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough.
